Yageo has introduced the high frequency MLCC – CQ series

 

Yageo Corporation, the global leading passive component service provider, recently announced the high frequency CQ series of multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCC). Featuring excellent temperature characteristics, narrow tolerance of capacitance, the new CQ series capacitors, are offered in EIA case sizes from 0201 to 0805 and available in temperature stable NPO dielectric, with a capacitance range of 0.2 to 10pF. The development demonstrates Yageo’s leading position in innovation and R&D, as well as the firm’s commitment of meeting customer’s needs. The new CQ series will start mass production in early Jan. 2013
